The benefits of daydreaming
- DMN is when your brain does not focus on a task. it is the time when you look in, your brain will make unexpected connections between our scattering memories and keep things in perspective.
- set some time for yourself each day. e.g. driving, jogging, or just daydreaming
- you let your children do nothing. you set some time aside for your children to let them do nothing.
- Learning to tolerate solitude - to be comfortable with yourself - is one of the most important skills one acquires in childhood.
